About Us page.

Hello!

I'm Herve Bensabat. I started Workout From Home.com to help people everywhere reach their fitness goals and lead healthy lives.

To everyone, I want to say Welcome!

I'm glad you're here and I'm excited about the opportunity to spread the fitness message and encourage you to live the fitness lifestyle throughout the seasons of your life.

This website endeavours to deliver the fitness information and know-how you are looking for most.

Home fitness is booming all around the world. Increasingly, people are discovering the comfort, convenience, practicality, and simplicity of exercising from home.

There's zero physiological difference between a great workout from home and a great workout from a health club.

Physical activity and proper nutrition as a lifelong endeavour is for everyone! And I want to make the process of getting fit simple for you.

If you're new to fitness, this site is especially for you.

Workout From Home strives to bring you reliable, trust-worthy fitness information backed by hard science.

There are so many fitness and nutrition myths floating about it can sometimes be challenging to decipher fact from fiction. Here, you'll find the straight facts and all of the tools and resources you need to succeed.

The only durable "secret" there is to getting the results you want is by fueling your body with sensible nutrition, training soundly, and being persistent.

I've been helping my private clients achieve their most desired health and fitness goals and I'm excited to help you do the same.

The hardest part is just to start.

Start slow, start small. Small steps make big differences.

Feel good almost immediately.

Once you start exercising regularly you will begin to feel a spike in your energy level as early as the second or third week.

Within six to ten weeks you should see and feel significant changes in your body.

But fitness is not just about cosmetic improvements to your body. By engaging regularly in exercise, you can also expect enhancements in blood chemistries and other physiological markers.

You instinctively know exercise is good for you. Exercise can help you change the way you look and feel.

Train regularly and consistently to see measurable improvements in your body and move closer to your goals with each training session.

Although many of us commonly think of fitness goals in terms of toning up, losing weight, building muscle or improving performance, I believe my primary chief obligation to you is to help you establish a lifelong habit of active living and healthy eating.

So I invite you to join me to experience for yourself the many physical, social, and psychological benefits associated with living an enduring fitness lifestyle!

Yours in good health!
