Sensible home gym fitness equipment recommendations and advice...

home gym fitness equipment store
So, you're in the market for some home fitness equipment.

With so many fitness products available, it can become quite confusing.

What kind of exercise equipment should you get? What piece of equipment will give you the best results? Will it fit in the space you have? Do you even need it...

As a trainer, I'm exposed to a lot of different equipment. It's part of my job to familiarize myself with many different products and try out equipment before prescribing even a single exercise to any one of my clients.

Additionally, just about every client I've ever trained has asked me what home fitness equipment I think would be good for them, what equipment I use myself, and can I suggest a good place for them to buy these products.

Well, I've narrowed down the choice for you to what I think are the most useful products anyone who works out from home will want to have. These are basic, must-have products to get you started in your home fitness adventure.

Here, you'll find sensible advice and my best recommendations based on my preferences, knowledge, and experience training with all kinds of fitness products.

When it comes to home gym fitness equipment, I can tell you this-- simple, practical, and convenient will always outlast anything to the contrary.

About my recommendations...

I don't make recommendations for large product items such as multi-station home gyms or treadmills. Multi-station home gyms vary greatly in size and functionality. Whether they fit into your home depends on how much space you have. It's not really possible to make sweeping recommendations that will accommodate everyone's style, taste, space, and budgetary criteria.

What you will find however, are recommendations for the kind of home gym fitness equipment that most people can benefit from and really is ideally suited for home use.

These products take up very little space, require very little maintenance, provide sufficient overload, add variety to your workout, and are relatively inexpensive to own.

I do not take making recommendations lightly. In fact, I don't make that many recommendations altogether. In order to make one, I have to believe in the product, and I have to have used it myself (otherwise, I'll mention it).

I do provide alternatives to choose from aside from my preferred recommendation.

About Amazon.com...

At first thought, Amazon.com might not automatically come to mind when you think 'fitness'.

Instead of directing you to the company that makes the products, I use Amazon.com. They carry just about every well-known product you might want.

I use them because they consistently rank as one of the most trusted online e-commerce companies around. With millions of orders processed every year, they offer safe and secure order processing, speedy deliveries, and excellent customer service resulting amongst the highest customer satisfaction rating anywhere.

If you order multiple products, the other advantage is by ordering everything from the same company, you spare yourself the trouble of spreading your credit card information amongst several different manufacturers, tracking separate invoices and billing, and managing separate delivery schedules.

The products are the same, it only simplifies life a little.

This is why I use Amazon.com to make my home gym fitness equipment recommendations to you. You know them. You trust them. You can buy with confidence.

How to proceed...

Start here... Exercise Equipment and Workout Space Considerations

Consider this page a primer on exercise equipment, space considerations, and whether you even need a single piece of equipment to get a great workout from home. It contains basic information and considerations you may need to know before deciding on any home gym fitness equipment.

Next, visit here... Portable Exercise Equipment

Don't let the title throw you. I've seen too many clients spend thousands of dollars on clunky equipment which, as you might guess, is currently collecting dust. This page is where you will find my basic home gym fitness equipment recommendations. I tell you what I like and why I like it.

However, for a complete listing of all of my recommendations 'under one roof' so to speak, I've set up an a-Store entirely dedicated to this end for your convenience. You can also make your purchases directly from there.
